Hello from Tangier, should be on the way to Dakar but papers always makes problems. Because one day delay due instrument failure permissions for Mauretanie and Senegal expired so FSI had to apply for new ones. But it was Sunday and no responses from authorities. So Senegal permit comes just some hours ago, and when I file a flight plan NOTAM comes in front of my face and restricted airspace due King movement. In the afternoon FSI confirmed all permissions are valid now for tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather. Thanks for all of your support. It makes the whole thing a lot easier.

Matevz has solved the problem for live tracking. He stayed in Morocco and waiting for permit to fly across the Western Sahara. Next flight is expected for tomorrow morning.

I just spoke with Matevz by the phone. Today's flight was nice and smooth, except at the beginning where the wind was quite strong and he felt turbulent flow from the Alps.
For tomorrow morning, expected departure at 07:00 UTC. Flight will be even longer than today - 11:00 flight hours. We are still waiting for permit to fly. Because of two days delay, some permits are not valid anymore. We are hoping to get a green light, the distance for tomorrow from Batouta to Sedar Senghor (GOOY) will be 1448 NM and fuel needed 210 liters.

Res bravo za uspešen štart! Katera bo druga etapa, da pogledam po Googlu? Do Maroka res pokaže točno 2043 km, letališče pa je tik ob obali, tako da verjetno sedajle že uživaš ob morju. Ali je bilo zjutraj na Brniku samo za "zaprto družbo" ali je bilo "publik", sem imel namen pridet malo pofirbcat :)
